1) ～（ら）れます（Honorific passive same shape as passive）
Use when the respected person is the subject. Built like the passive, but it shows respect rather than being “acted upon”.

行く → 行かれます／食べる → 食べられます
する → されます／くる → こられます
Same as passive conjugation.
Use
- Talk about a superior’s action politely.
- Often interchangeable with お/ご～になります (see 2).
- Not for your own actions.
部長は もう 会議室へ 行かれました。
The manager has already gone to the meeting room.
先生は このレポートを 読まれます。
The teacher will read this report.
Example: 課長はいま外出されています。
2) お + ～になります（お/ご～になる）
お + V-ます-stem + になる shows respect for the subject’s action. With many Sino-Japanese する-verbs, prefer なさいます (see 3).
社長は あした お戻りになります。
The president will return tomorrow.
田中様は こちらの本を お読みになりますか。
Will Mr./Ms. Tanaka read this book?
3) 特別な尊敬語（Irregular honorifics）

Note: 〜でございます is a very polite copula (formal “です”), not a respect verb for actions.
4) 接頭辞（お／ご）
Attach お or ご to nouns/adjectives to sound polite about the other person’s things/status.

Rule of thumb: Subject is the person you respect → Honorific (～られます／お～になる／special). For polite requests to the listener, use お／ご～ください.
